The Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Muhammed Bello Matawalle MON has extended warm greetings to Muslims and all Nigerians as the country marks this year’s Eid-el-Adha.
Matawalle who made this known in a well crafted message on Wednesday, reminded Nigerians of the virtues of sacrifice, patience, unity, and devotion to Almighty Allah.
He also called for the continuous promotion of peace, tolerance, and mutual understanding for the progress of the country.

The full message read: “I wish to assure Nigerians of my continued commitment, alongside the Armed Forces and other security agencies, to protecting the territorial integrity of Nigeria in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
“l extend my warm felicitations to Muslim faithfuls and all Nigerians on the occasion of this year’s Eid El-Adha celebration.
“Eid El-Adha reminds us of the virtues of sacrifice, patience, unity, and devotion to Almighty Allah. As we celebrate, I urge Nigerians to continue promoting peace, tolerance, and mutual understanding for the progress of our country.
