Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress Hon Nelson Alapa has called on idoma youths to engage in meaningful and productive ventures during this yuletide.
Hon Alapa while wishing his constituents and indeed all Nigerians a peaceful celebration enjoined all to embibe the spirit of the season by sharing with the less privileged.
He however regretted the unfortunate cancellation of this year’s Mark D Ball tournament which couldn’t hold as a result of a court injunction.
He said a tournament such as that has been able to provide economic respite to the people as well as keeping hope alive among the youth who use it as an opportunity to aspire to greater heights with their talents.
He called on well meaning idoma sons and daughters to come up with programmes of this nature to further boost the fortunes of the land.
