President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday, addressed Nigerian Army and frontline troops of the Operation Hadarin Daji.
The troops are currently fighting kidnapping, cattle rustling, armed banditry and the varying forms of criminality in the North West.
According to a Twitter post on his handle @MBuhari obtained by The Sight News, the President charged them to ensure that no bandit is spared.
“All bandits must be pursued and eliminated. Nigeria deserves peace and security, and we will not relent until this is achieved”, he emphasized.
Also, the Personal Assistant to the President, Bashir Ahmad stated that President Buhari addressed the troops shortly before he departed the Umar Ya’adua Airport, Katsina for Abuja.
