CVR: Over 1.8m Nigerians Complete Registration—Says INEC

The Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has entered its seventh week and second quarter.

INEC in a weekly update, announced that as at 7am on Monday November 22, 2021, Fresh Registrants stood at 4,297,494, while Completed Online and Physical Registration stood at 1,856,771.

A breakdown of the type of registration that made up the completed online and physical registrations of 1,856,771, showed that 741,183 were Online, while 1,115,588 were Physical. 

The update also revealed that Male (Completed Registration) was 941,098 while Female (Completed Registration) was 915,673.

For Persons Living With Disability (Completed Registration) was 18,705 and for the Youth (18- 34 years) it stood at 1,326,067.
