Breaking: Omo-Agege Beats Ekweremadu to Emerge as Deputy Senate President

Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has been elected as deputy senate president in the 9th Assembly.

Omo-Agege on Tuesday,  polled 68 votes to beat Ekweremadu with 37 votes.

Sen. Ovie Omo Agege defeated his only rival Sen. Ike Ekweremadu of the PDP, representing Enugu West Constituency.
